I came across a recipe last week for a vegan and gluten free blueberry crisp & it sounded yummy, so I tried it! I am not a vegan, nor do I try to stay away from gluten, but I guess I was just curious and I also wanted to try out the ninja kitchen system we purchased recently, so I made my own almond meal instead of buying it.
It was very delicious and also, those ninjas are quick! It only took a few seconds to have that stuff ground up!
I've not read her first two books, but I'm guessing I will want to once I finish her newest. I've been stalking amazon to see if I can download it yet every few days. From amazon:
