A few weeks ago, I decided to join a blogger swap that I read about on Caroline's site- get paired up with a lady to send a cute Valentine's mug & a few goodies, and she'll send one back! Now, I sign up for these too often, and should probably quit- I don't need anymore mugs in my cupboard- I actually threw one away to make room for my new one(it was chipped, I should've tossed it months ago), but I love getting to meet sweet new friends this way, and getting a pretty package in the mail doesn't hurt, either!
Anyway, I was paired with Wendy, and she sent me some great little gifts! I love that mug- I saw one similar at Anthropologie last week and swooned. She also sent me some chocolate, fabric, and my first ever rolls of washi tape! Just last week I was thinking about picking some up, and now I don't have to!
What are your Valentine's plans?
Gabe & I are having dinner at my favorite food truck (well, not IN the truck, but from it), and seeing a movie! Then Friday morning, I'm off for the weekend to celebrate my niece Evie's first birthday in Missouri. I miss that little munchkin so, so much and can't wait to kiss her cheeks!
Beautiful happy mug! I just discovered washi tape and have my first few rolls too! Loving it for my pen pal letter, making cards and journaling. Such a fun swap, I enjoyed it!
