Happy Friday my friends! It's been a strange week for me as I've been medicated due to really bad allergies, but actually haven't spent that much time at home resting! I had my sewing with knits lesson and even a rare middle of the week date with Gabe as he took the night off of work to attend a study session for his upcoming finals! We got a little taste last night of what it will be like in about a month when he begins the nursing program full time and will actually be home most nights of the week- strange, but in a great way!
Anyway, I just wanted to share a few fun links from around the interwebs that I've been meaning to get around to, but haven't.
These cute tea towels might be turning into something else this weekend, thanks to Rubyellen's fun tutorial. I actually tried t the day she posted it, but used not-so-nice fabrics to practice it, so I threw it away. But I am happy to see it is a super cute & fun tutorial that goes nice & quick!
Elise is hosting a pop up shop for some cute & clever stamps she thought of- last week! GO check them out!
My friend Melissa has been sewing darling clothes for her little Penelope. I hope I can sew great things for my own kiddos some day!
I will probably beg Gabe to help me re-make this so fun floor lamp that the really cute momma-to-be Erin posted about last week!
What are you up to this weekend? I'm hoping to steal Gabe away for long enough on Sunday to celebrate his birthday! We'll do more celebrating next weekend, though, once his semester is officialy over!
