So, my week has been way off & has affected my blogging. I was fighting our insurance company early this week & sadly, I let the stress from that mess with my health & I've just been sort of a hot mess most of the week. I still have much to do, and my goal for having everything completely finished & mailed out is Monday, March 5th. We'll leave to go see my new niece a few days later, & I'm looking forward to having a few days off before we leave!
How do you deal with stress? Do you let it get to you so much that affects you physically? I've been wondering this lately as I know I get headaches from tension way too often & I do not want to live this way. I'd love to hear from you- what do you do to relieve stress in your life?
